Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 629jl reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, all funds in the account may be forfeited.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 629jl's customer support team for informal resolution. 629jl will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 629jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
